We are a small company with low overheads so are able to keep our pricing very reasonable.
Most of our customers are home computer users or small businesses with fewer than half a dozen machines. They don't have enormous IT budgets and with our help, don't need them.
For customers near Weybridge (more precisely in Elmbridge, Woking, Runnymede or Spelthorne) we charge only for time spent at the customers premises.
For customers further afield, we charge for travelling time to and from Weybridge at our standard hourly rate.
We charge £25.00 per hour in half-hour units. This is probably much less than your plumber or garage mechanic!
For most jobs, we will not charge more than two hours service. If the job takes longer, the extra time will not be charged.
For some jobs, a higher cost cap is appropriate. In such cases we will inform you as soon as possible and, if you decide not to proceed, we will not charge for time on site up to that point.
If we are unable to fix your problem then we waive our service fee. We will still charge for travelling time (if applicable) and parts supplied or ordered.
If we are able to fix your problem but are prevented from doing so because you ask us not to proceed, or because you do not have the necessary original CD ROMS or license keys, our full charges apply.
If you wish, we can supply necessary parts. We source these through normal retail outlets and pass on to you the full cost price plus a 10% handling fee. If you are registered for VAT you may prefer to buy parts yourself; we are happy to help you find the correct part.
